Through an integrative approach, I help you implement an effective, sustainable feeding plan that you feel comfortable with and that helps your baby get the nutrients they need to grow and thrive. I start with understanding your challenges and your goals. Together, we create a solution tailored specifically to your particular circumstances.

Prenatal Package

Lactation Consult
There are so many reasons mamas need lactation support - whether it's help with the latch, milk supply issues (over or under supply), feeding positions, breastfeeding twins, managing through growth spurts, back-to-work questions or all of the above. See below for what to expect during a visit.
In-Home Consult: $200
Follow up visits: $150
Virtual Consult: $125
A package for families who want consistent support or just want to be able to ask questions as they come up. Even when things are generally going well, it's nice to know you can check-in or just talk something through with a lactation consultant. It's the alternative to Googling yourself down a rabbit hole.

What to expect
Prenatal Package - In home or virtual
❍ Prenatal consult, including breastfeeding 101 and a
comprehensive health history relevant to your upcoming
breastfeeding journey
❍ One (1) Full Lactation Consult after baby is born (see below)
❍ Full Care Plan with follow up phone & text support
Lactation Consult 1.5 - 2 hours in home or virtual
❍ Full pregnancy, birth and feeding history
❍ Latch and feeding assessment
❍ Pre- and post-feeding weights
❍ Address any concerns and develop a plan that is sustainable
and supportive
❍ 2 weeks of follow up phone & text support
Ongoing Support Package-
❍ Two (2) Lactation Consults (in-person or virtual)
❍ Two (2) months of text & phone support as needed
❍. 20% Discount on all follow up visits
